6 months Down and 6 months to GO.....!!!!!!

Wow! It is so hard to believe that we have been in Costa Rica for 6 months. We have learned so much already and sometimes we feel as though no more information could possibly fit inside our heads.(LOL) However,  we keep pushing on. It is even harder to grasp that it is October.      There are no pretty red, orange and yellow leaves on the trees to signal the season change here. The only season change here is dry to wet. We have been blessed though...the rain has eased up and we have not needed an umbrella everyday. It is so different in that area...because for us...the rain determines what we will wear. Here it is just the norm and the people do not adjust for the rain they simply go with the flow. So, to see ladies wearing heels on slippery, moss covered, and soaking sidewalks blows me away. As for me, not so much I break out the flip-flops or tennis shoes and try not to break my neck walking to school.(LOL)But God has been good and we have had some beautiful days to enjoy rain free weather.
As in my last post we are expecting Baby #4. I have had to go for blood work twice to make sure all is good and so far everything is going great. I have my share of  "morning sickness" but I know that as long as I am sick I have a healthy baby. We have to go back to the doctor on Thursday so please be in prayer for that appointment.

The kids are doing great in their homeschool and while it has been a difficult adjustment for them Mark has come up with some clever ideas to give them some fun. Last week Mark decided to roast marshmellows and make homemade SMORES while having a devotion outside in our little courtyard. The kids loved it and Josiah ate was the first time he had ever eaten a SMORE before and I am sure he is now addicted.

Those will be memories to last a lifetime....................
